they are not nearly as loud as my in-ear skullcandy's just got the 201's yesterday and im used to wearing my skullcandy's and i must say.. my IN-EAR skull candy's are much louder more bass you can hear every detail more clearly with the IN-EAR skull candy headphones...

As for the 201's they are not loud enough i usually only reach a limited low volume level

For the price you pay for them, these are the bomb! I'm gunne go get the sennheiser hd 558 though, already got the HD 201 but I want something better. But definitely awesome if you want some high quality headphones for a cheap price!

they are 25 euro in argos in ireland about 20 pounds or so :)

Have you tried to plug it in a guitar amp??Cause the extensionis 6.3mm and guitar amps are takin 6.5mm...
