Jun isn't dead. The other characters who Ogre attacked returned. A theory is that "Unknown" character is thought to be Asuka's mother and Jun's sister, as we hear that she is dead but Jun isn't. One of the lead people who created the series said that Jun isn't dead, and that only the original King, Armor King and Polar Kuma are. Jinpachi was but is possessed by the devil gene. Jun doesn't have the devil gene because she's a Kazama and not a Mishima (unless it was passed to her through sex)

unknown is on ttt2 once you deafeat jun she will turn into unknown look up jun and unkown part 2 and you'll see
