Helmetcam video of an ATV trip up to Black River Falls, WI. I am riding my Yamaha Raptor 660. The majority of the trails in the Jackson County area are surrounded by forests. Most of the trails branching out from BRF are all sand, which on dry days are very dusty. When you start to travel up north it can be a mix of sand and iron ore rock. That iron ore will slice tires up if your not careful. On wet days, you will find quite a bit of muddy sand holes. Hopefully I will be able to try out the trails during the winter soon. Video was good, but I gave you a poor rating for the wheelie on the road. Sorry man, we have enough people out there trying to elimate our sport, we dont need guys like him ruining it for all of us.

I love quading in the Black River area. I go with utility riders, so i am always way out front by myself. Nothing like going 5th gear tapped on a 450 all day long.

@ATVdude2121 Its not the greatest to run sport quads through that mud/water anyway. It eats away the break pads real fast

@Reckdog357 were are u from? cause i live like 20 mins from brf in a small town called merrillan. its crazy that i found this video! i havent rode to Rock Damn yet but i here that is a good but long ride.

@promaterial We stay at the Parkland Village Campground next to the Moose. Next year we may camp in Hatfield and ride further north to see what is out that way.

@ATVdude2121 I was wondering if anyone would notice that. I made the mistake of running with an open air box that year. With the Raptor, the water found its way into my air box every time I hit mud. The next BRF video coming up I put my stock box back on and their will be mud.

I camp at East Arbutus (which is in Hatfield) and its really nice there! You got showers and bathrooms. Also there is a awesome bar at Prey call the Weasals. To me, the trails down south are better because they actually groom them once and awhile but up north they dont really since its basically gravel roads. PS its also fun riding on Snowmobile trails sometimes :)

@danica382 Thanks for the info, I will check that out. We will most likely camp out that way next year to change things up. We got into Prey once but coming from BRF we all ran out of gas and there was only one private pump in Prey if I recall so we didn't stay long.
