yeah there are a lot of different names for the same product but in essence, you should, if you're like me and you're feet are going to sweat a lot and get blisters easy, tape up parts of your feet which you know are prone to getting blisters with simple athletes tape and use some form of a product that is like a thin gel like tape you should be able to find at a sports store and it'll keep things smooth and friction down thus, no blisters. it's about prep, know where they'll come and stop em
MOLESKIN! You can find in your drug store in the "foot health" section usually. It comes with adhesive. If you have a blister, Cut it out in a donut shape and stick. If you don't have them yet, stick on areas that get the most friction. My friend use to be a ballet dancer and swears by it!
To prevent blisters it's all about keeping your feet dry and wearing the right shoes while walking/running. You can keep your feet dry by using wool or synthetic socks instead of cotton - they draw the sweat away from your skin so your feet stay dry. To heal blister's faster, depending on the size....pop it if it's a large one filled with liquid with a steralized needle. Pop it near the edge so you have a protective layer of skin to help it heal faster. if it's a small one, leave it alone.
Depends what your doing, wear thick socks, 2 pairs or socks or put stuffing in your shoes to stop rubbing. Never let your shoes get wet or if you sweat into them let them air out as water won't help.
