dyke, furry, hippie, beatnik, punk, goth, raver, hesher, headbanger, stoner, skinhead, christian, pagan, eskimo (means: raw meat eaters), aboriginee (australian), barbarian, wakko (chinese pirates in japanese waters), otaku, kogal (tanned skin, bleached hair, dance j-pop. common in shibuya), glamour, grunger, visual kei (pretty much shock rock), fujoshi (fan of cross-dress cosplay).
all of these are terms that were originally insults, that were taken on by the group at which it was directed.

Probably one of Hitch's most brilliant TV moments. I'm fairly sure he expected the reaction by Matthews (and his subsequent removal) after using the term "nigger" and "faggot." Sometimes I think he pulls this stuff (dropping the f-bomb in a debate or violating verbal mores) just to fight the politically correct nonsense so inherent in our modern day culture.
