hey, i'm a beginner. when im doing these i cant feel my lats burning its all shoulder and bicep. can someone help me out?

you left out the most important part an old Arnold movement as you do the negative fully extend and roll the weight forward towards your head a few inches let it roll out,to get a full stretch of the lat then roll it back to the full extention and then begin another pull upwards

I think he could improve his form by ending the movement so his arm is in more of a 90 degree angle. When he finishes the lift, the dumbbell should be closer to his hip to ensure he isolates his lat more and doesn’t hit his biceps as much. Works better for me anyway.
