Thall shall not lie. The people who wrote this video shortened this commandment and made it simple for all to understand. It actually reads "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor."

A witness is someone who tells the truth in a court of law and a false witness does not tell the truth in a court of law. Therefore, it actuall does say you shall not lie to you neighbor. I you think it's okay to lie then your'e decieving yourself.
