4 episdes into series and already epic! looked for ending full version and found this. Sure there were spoilers but what I can infer about the other dude is that is he maybe a brother? They oth look like the same type of "vampire that feeds on vampires" only complete opposites and the usual cliche anime answer is brothers that were powerful and had different views/morals and went down opposite paths that cross and with the encounter, the inevitable clash of titans if you will[referencing TRIGUN]

It's just too bad that the story ended so abruptly. Honestly, I think that FUNimation should do a season 2 to complete the story. The author left a draft for the ending of the story, didn't he? With all due respect, I believe that it's what the author would have wanted. Q_Q
