I got one for my daughter and it keeps shutting off for no reason I even tried a cooling pad to set it on and still same problem sometimes after 15 min sometimes after 2 hours.

Anybody else have this problem

@MissTagaloa I figured out how to fix it, Its because al of the dust. I have a VERY FLUFFY cat that sits near the fan so the fan is sucking the fur of her. Just open the bottem find the fan and get rid of the dust, Use conpresed sir or something. This laptop is a good one. All it needs is a better video card.

my laptop eats up then turns off too, at first i thought it was coz i spilled a little bit of water on it but then i heard that heaps of people have the exact same proplem. and now my laptop screen is cracked

and the only really bad thing about this laptop i have problems with is it heats up so badly and really fast too. when it heats up the hole thing just turns off.
