It is quite obvious that a MA if not practiced cannot be understood... Still, a sense of a sight of an experienced eye that has followed a course can be sustainable. The slight difference between techniques and methods between MA is also accountable but rather understanable. If we see Systema a whole, we may feel and account the merit of its pros and cons alike other MA.

do not believe the hype......why not participae in a hardcore traditional aikijitsu class... it is the instructor that counts not the supremity of the system., this MA (almost a MA) is quite ok and efficient in some sense but there is no proof and evidence of its supremity...it is a mix of many MA performed but very experienced instructor
