Saw FIF at the Illinois Teen Christian Festival in Springfield, IL. I don't remember the year but FIF was there and so Audio Adrenaline. This band is what got me into ska. I also saw them on the Vans warped tour got to talk to the lead singer and I thanked him for his music. It was awesome.

@FW1337 Very well could have been. But the caption remarks that the video was meant to go to MTV and make them bigger... I know why they didn't play it!
They know they'd be the biggest hypocrites on this side of TV!
MTV didn't take it because the song totally describes everything MTV is! They wrote the book on selling out!
The quality is a million times better than a lot of stuff they have put on in the past.
I wonder what the 'M' is in MTV nowadays, since they don't even play any music videos anymore...

Everyone who thinks that this song is about bands selling out... it's not. It's about people like you who hate bands because they get popular, "Do you think that they're too cool now? Being popular is lame. You're the one that made them popular, all the songs are still the same!"
So don't say this applies to Green Day, he's saying that you shouldn't blame the band if they get popular because they're good.
