To many companies, business expansion into Asia and other global markets is becoming a keyword for continued corporate growth. In this regard, the issue of finding and training talents capable of managing overseas business expansion has become increasingly important. By identifying the leadership differences among the nations of Korea, China, and Japan, we will determine the implications of such differences for the development of Northeast Asian global leadership and the directions in which we can enhance effectiveness and efficiency in developing future talents for global positions.
