His lower back probably didn't hurt actually, because trap bars don't put very much stress on your lower back, but hes beast though.
If used properly trap bars can give you a much better workout then regular squats.
Trap bar works the arms too unlike squats.

his lower back must've ached for a week afterwards. will all training, it is mind over matter and learning to shut out the pain and fatigue.

WOW!!!!..i need to kick it up a notch thanks for this video!!

@9fifty5 sarcasm? tbh 1.5 mins of rest between your sets is perfect

Funny thing about that last rep that failed, is it would've been above the 5-minute mark ^^

Great lift ,very strong and unreal determination. I'd go easy once in awhile though ,hopefully you are? I mean you know, you only got one body. Amazing lift though! Im curious how much you weigh and how tall you are? I used to high rep them babies ''in the day'' but now I got my son doing them..More fun to watch , thats for sure!

@sdfefde I wouldn't say perfect grammar. I would say I can deadlift 600 though. At said rate.
Man, old greenshirt on the incline sure knows how to rest between sets..
