  • I really wish I had seen this earlier. I just came from Harris Teeter *and* the health food store & totally could have gotten the ingredients to make these :( It looks like the perfect snack to kind of graze on at work.

  • @mgillespie12 it's good for that. sometimes i don't even eat the whole bar, i just eat part of it and wrap it back up for later.

  • @freshfoodiefitness Just tweeted you too - I made these! They are really good! I think I put too much honey because they aren't totally solid, but oh my they are delicious. And the best part is that it took me a long time to eat it.

  • @mgillespie12 i'm so glad you liked them!! please remember to eat in moderation. they are very calorie dense, but they really help curb the hunger.
