Only angels play hockey in Columbus. I do remember in that Detroit series (which went six games, lots of dead things sweating through that one) when one of their jerk defencemen tried to take out Langkow's knee, he retaliated, and the Detroiters went mental. Some kind of entitlement mentality.

These Calgary play by play guys are horrible. A fucking skate cut Dorsett? Really? After watching it 4 times in slow motion they still have no clue what they are watching through their Flames colored glasses.

Are the commentators really that slow? There's no place in the game for a cross check to the head, especially when it's intentional. If he was cut...wouldn't there be some of that red stuff...uh...blood?

Picard was on Regehr's back while he was confronting Dorsett so maybe he felt threatened but still no excuse to use his stick as a weapon on someones face.
The NHL announced Regehr and Roy will be suspended definitely for this. Roy for throat slashing hand gesture that he has done before during an NHL game.
I got no problem with the Flames physical style of play generally. Overall they are not half as dirty as The Ducks.
