Rasool Mir was walking down the street and he saw a Beautiful Kashmiri Brahmin(Pundit) girl by the name of PoshMaal (in Koshur, this word means a Flower Garland and this name was a very common Kashmiri Brahmin name). Of course, he couldn't marry her because they were from different religions....But, she continued to serve as his muse and inspiration for countless songs...The most famous one being Rind Poshmaal.
The famous song written by Rasool Mir in the back groud of village door looking at the beauty of young beautifull young gujar girl well sung but poor choreography not keeping to the theme of the song . It should have matched the meaning of each verse
corrcet let us not forget kashmiri muslims are pure brahmins who converted to islam influences of vedic civilistion are visible even to day in kashmir , displaced kashmiri pandits are pure brhamins an inteligetnt race the great Iqbals ancestors were kashmiri brahimins
well, seerapple, it not what you have mentioned , it is by all means depicted as a traditional welcome song for spring, but the poet( i guess u know Rasool Mir), had no intention of dedicating it to spring or to aryans, it is a pure love song, that was forbidden given the socio-cultural status of that time. find it urself just dwell into the lyrics. infact love-struck, the poet died at not an advanced age.
danxill this is traditional welcome to spring in kashmir valley , these are pure Aryans and this song mentions the name of King Indra who was aryan warrior it goes back to Vedic age one of the oldest civilisation on earth and still alive with kashmiri pandits in particular
whats to be proouds of here..look like your everyday indian-the dance, dress, looks and everything

PoshMaal was a Kashmiri PANDIT girl and NOT a Gujjar. Get your facts straight. Are you even a Kashmiri?

Jus to point out seerapple additional fact that the lyrics are somewhat altered , plus some bits missing especially where the poet mentions his name.
