Well it's still very good
I mean the Japanese still use it as their main aircraft alongside the good ol' F-15E
And the Australians also have it.
It's nice to see that they have one at the Smithsonian, this aircraft is epic.

at 046 I can't tell but this jet was assigned to the 347th TFW at Moody AFB. If the stripe on the tail is silver it was a 69th(339th) SQ aircraft. We had a few "Mig Killers" assigned to the wing. Buster Glosson was Wing Commander when I left there. I wouldn't trade my time with the Phantom for anything,, alot of the guys in the wing were V.N. era and great guys.
