I like your playing but just take some advice from the song you are jamming to - " feel it in your soul " . You are playing it too tight (like a beginner). Loosen up and play it naturally. Luke learned how to feel the force - u need to learn how to feel the funk. (only problem is you're not supposed to learn either of them).

I'm not sure who played/wrote the actual line - I suspect it's Sekou, not Marcus, but I could be wrong.

FYI - Marcus and Sekou are both on Funkin for Jamaica. Sekou however toured with Tom as part of the band. Sekou Bunch plays bass on several other albums with Tom Browne, writing two of the songs called Thighs High and Let's Dance when Tom was on GRP Records.
