of course this outcome can be expected, the GTR only weighs like 2200lbs with a smallblock chevy in it, and probably has a pretty stoutly built motor in it

@knieban during the c5 vets time a Typhoon or Syclone did a 12.5 quarter mile right off the conveyor belt these are trucks lol I do a 13.5 quarter mile in an Astro Van AWD naturally aspirated

Yes you did, "Better chance" implies he still had a chance :p Also, I believe there's another video of the race from a different angle(stands) that shows the Corvette running 13.3; which coincides with typical stock 1/4 times. Reason it might not sound like he's pushing it, is because it's fully stock.

Unless you use the 4.0l twin turbo lexus V8............which happens to be the engine in the fastest of the Ultimas.
People usually opt for the small block chevvy lump as it's common, cheap and uncomplicated.
