  • Wis4Webkinz are they 100 percent biodegradable?

  • Yes I did fail to mention how to properly flush the g insert. My bad. I do find that the hemp g insert leaks. It tends to bunch up when I use it, so I only use it with a g insert doubled up at night when I expect a poo. It helps keep the hemp insert from bunching. I normally just use prefolds in them though and only use a disposable when going out, or at night.

  • Lizzardcat, I bought these at my local "Babies to Kids" store. But I think you can buy them online. They are cheaper than the G disposable, but don't provide as much coverage as the G insert. They are thinner and not as wide. Great price though and useful if your main concern is catching most of the poo, not absorbency value.

  • I have gdiapers, and I use disposable liner at night and toss it in the am. I have flushed them with success, but it's easier to just toss it. When I use the gCloth, I put a flushable liner on top. When poopy, I unsnap it, go to the bathroom & flush liner, then in baby's room, I hold onto the outside of the snap-in liner and shake the dirty cloth insert into my dry pail, and drop the snap-in into it. When it's wet, I shake all into the pail. The liners wash fine and can be reused when only wet.

  • regular diapers are just as well and at my local target you can get 30 diapers for 30 dollars :)

  • @Lizzardcat you can buy then at Kellyscloset(dot)com

  • Do you find cloth inserts leak more than regular disposible inserts or regular disposible diapers? Thanks.

  • Useful video, but I wish you would have elaborated on "proper" disposal of the gDiaper disposible inserts. You are supposed to tear the insert apart, so that the absorbant filling drops into the toilet, then break it apart with the swish stick, then flush, holding onto the outside liner until the very end of the flush, at which time you drop it in, or just make a second flush....otherwise you run the very likely possibility of clogging your toilet.

  • Hey there,

Where did you buy the alternative disposable diaper liners? Flip brand? THANKS!

  • @hlynj925 ok thanks! : )
