yay hoodia! i tried it before, and honestly i was suprised how well it worked. i had liquid hoodia that i just drink with some juice or something. it really suppressed my appitite and i lost about 4lbs. didn't really notice any side affects.

although once you stop using it you pretty much gain all the weight back...so you have to stay persistant with it.

that is the worst hoodia you can buy, in order for hoodia to work it cant be mixed in with other chemicals, like caffien or green tea
