defiently better than my 10 egg whites, carrots , and oatmeal . But actually if u throw the cooked egg whites in a blender with some butter, pepper and salt it actually taste like mashed potatoes its pretty good. And i dip the carrots in salad dressing and put cinnamon and sugar free syrup in my oatmeal

It's interesting to see what fitness-prone ppl eat, rather than reading a book. Your food consumption & choices are not too extreme (which imo is what causes ppl to give-up eating "healthier" altogether, cauz they change too drastically).
Think about it...you're eating french fries and pasta w. ground beef. Most ppl would think those foods are "off-limits". But you baked the fries, and used whole-grain pasta & lean ground beef, and made it "healthier" Cheers. :)
