VA General Assembly voted 80-17 on House Bill 10, with Democrat support, to block national healthcare plan!

House Bill 10:
No resident of the Commonwealth shall be required to obtain or maintain a policy of individual (health) insurance coverage...
... or liable for any penalty, assessment, fee or fine as a result of his failure to procure or obtain health care coverage.
