Srry ppl, THIS IS NOT THE BLUE HELL. I MADE THIS WHEN I FOUND THIS, I TOUGHT THIS WAS THE BLUE HELL, ACCUALLTY IT IS A KIND OF. THIS IS IT RLY: THE CASINO IS A 'HEAVEN' IN SAN ANDREAS, PPL CALL IT THAT. IT UNLOADS THE WHOLE MAP AND LOADS A LITTLE MAP IN THE HEAVEN. I ONLY FOUND A GLICH IN THIS HEAVEN. YOU JUMP OUT OF THE HEAVEN AND FALL INTO THE NORMAL MAP. THE SOLID ITEMS OF THE MAP ARE STILL LOADED, ONLY THE IMG FILES NOT. PETS AND CARS ARE LOADED TO.
I'LL POST SOON A NEW MOVIE THAT SHOWS YOU HOW TO GET IN THE BLUE HELL. MY MOVIE ABOUT THE BLUE HELL IN VC IS CORRECT, PLZ SEE THAT, THAT'S SAME IN SA!!

if you use the fps modification on GTA-SA and keep on running into a wall you usually would get through it and find ghostworld, blue hell, or heaven
