Are there any products that you can find around the house that can be used as a makeup primer? For example: Vaseline or other (possibly more natural) products that most people would have lying around.

@Bmystyle i think it puffs up when she smiles cuz i have the same issue. when i smile i get little puffy bags under my eyes and then when i stop smiling the puffs go away
