Haha! Oh, those facial muscles.. so much trickier than the body ones. Doing different sizes of mayas and reverse 8's really helped me get them down.. like, a small one, and then a slow one that stretched how far I could push my hip out, how far up with how big it was, etc.. Also, level changes! Your thighs will hate you, but it really helps to try the 8's on releve, then flat footed, then bent slightly. Although, I say that and that is -still- a major drill of mine.
