Palin Is Financially Responsible Law

Sarah Palin Is financially responsible for any civil damages arising from the execution of six people and the wounding of 13 others, as of this date, 2011.01.10 at 9:00PM Pacific Winter Time according to Federal Case Law.

The web site she controls had a list of "Targets" with bullseyes, a common form of target for shooters of bullets through arrows and everything inbetween, depicting which political persons in which districts that were under "her guns" to be removed.

The Case Law I am referring to involves the SPLC vs Tom Mertzger for his writings that they had proven were linked to two men that killed, I believe it was a Kenyan immigrant. At the trial, WAR national vice president Dave Mazzella testified how the Metzgers instructed WAR members to commit violence against minorities. Tom and John Metzger (Toms son John) were found civilly liable under the doctrine of "vicarious liability", in which one can be liable for a tort committed by a subordinate or by another person who is taking instructions. The jury returned the largest civil verdict in Oregon history at the time—$12.5 million—against Metzger and WAR. The Metzgers' house was seized, and most of WAR's profits go to paying off the judgment.

will sarah palin now disavow "2nd amendment remedies" for which she advocated in NV? the arizona shooting is an example of that sort of solution.

she uses targets and other violent metaphors, pals around with secessionists and advocates vehicular assault as a coping mechanism.

Yes I am totally aware this is about Palin, but comparing Palin to Metzger's case, ya I see the similarities, buts its almost like the old saying goes, comparing apples to oranges. I have friends that knew WAR skins and were actually close friends Metzger and would go out to visit him when he still resided in Fallbrook.

What I said is directed to the person talking in the video, im sure if thats you or not. But for starters its not so much what he didn't say vs. what he did say. For example the statement he is supposedly "living in poverty", not true, Tom still kept his TV repair business up until about the he move to Warsaw, Indiana about a 1-1/2 years ago. The statement that he still owes money, not true either, he has said in a interview that he wrote them a check,and indeed lost his home over it.

@punkazzgearhead I know more than most about what happened with Metzgers group, they only lived up the road from here. I was placed into the same catagory by the media as he was, but we were nowere like the racist they are. So tell us "these facts" if they so upset you that I left them out.
