Anyone who wasn't there will look at this and think "What were those people thinking out there in that rain?!" But it was one of the most amazing concerts I have ever been to. I actually think the rain made it much better. You just have to have a positive mindset, I think. I still love Kenny!

This video is great!! I was there and it was raining so hard. This had to be one of the highlights of the show. this is why he is entertainer of the year so many times.

How did he announce that he was coming back for another show? Did he come back on stage and tell you that it was cancelled and that he was having a make up concert? Why did sugarland cancel?

We were so drenched that night...he came back at no cost to the audience and spent $2.5 million out of his own pocket to come back to Dallas.

I do have to comment like some others that it's usually printed on the ticket (at least the one's I always get) that when a concert is canceled, they're (the management) not really liable for refund, especially in the event of an outdoor stadium/arena, it's a risk you take when you buy those type of tickets for those types of concerts/events. As awful as that is.

That is fine and great. However, I do not live in Dallas and cannot make it back down to Dallas for the show. You, are right, the show should never have been allowed to go on and the fans should have been given the option of a refund. This whole thing was a big rip-off.
