Ferret prepairing a nest for her imaginary babies

This ferret is NOT pregnant. She was not properly sterelized. And due to this she has developed bone marrow depression(hope that is the proper english translation...) (Dutch: beenmerg depressie) . That is also the reason why she is bald. She was sterelized a 2nd time which gave her hair back and she was all healthy again.

This video is very old, but it was made just days after her 2nd sterelazation. Her body made her think she was gonna have babies. But she wasn't. She was also seperated from the other ferrets a couple of days because she didn't gave them anymore rest because they had to be 'her babies'. constantly dragging them back to this nest she is making on this video.

Ferrets who have adrenal disease (Dutch: bijniertumoren) are also bald.
