This is "March of the Toys", or as I knew it as a kid by the Laurel and Hardy title, "March of the Wooden Soldiers". Played by The Boston Pops, Arthur Fiedler conducting. Synched to my friend's house in Milwaukee. Lights are controlled by an Allen-Bradley PLC 5/40E.
