Crispy Croutons
Ingredients:
1 french baguette
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1-2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
Slice bread 1/8 - 1/4 inch thick
Mince garlic
Toss bread in a bowl
Drizzle garlic and extra virgin olive oil onto bread while tossing
Continue to toss and season with salt and pepper
Bake at 350 degrees until crispy and golden brown
