@elmacizo1000 Maybe its called like you say, but it doesn't mean it's correct musically. There are 4 beats in a Bar. 1234. The 4th beat in Cha-Cha represents two half beats. 1 (Full Beat), 2 (Full Beat ) 3(Full Beat) 4, and (2 half beats)..1(Full Beat)..... and so on. But if you count Cha-Cha-Cha you will count 3 equal beats. That is not correct. I swear you not -)

As a fitness instructor, the moves work for me. Fortunately, I'm not a dance purist. I'll take the basic steps and modify them to increase the intensity. I especially like the pivots. Also, the short dress allows me to see lower torso movements better.

You're probably a good dancer but you need to chose a more appropriate outfit.
