Yes, we attended agility classes for approx six months before our first agility trial. The classes were twice weekly for about half of the time and once weekly for the remainder - plus we practiced in the backyard a couple of hours a week. They do go home tired AND they are much better behaved!!! The exercise is good for the handlers too!
