Super TrackStick

Alternating green and red flashing lights about a minute of powering on.
Even after turning power off, lights continue to flash and alternate quickly.
Only way to shutdown is to remove batteries.
yes, batteries are new and full reset as done via Track Stick Manager.

Beware Customer Support at Track Stick is absolutely horrible. No support forums, no support department and their only solution other than telling you to replace batteries and clear memory (duh) is to buy a new one!

Hoping somebody else out there has run into same issue?

Thanks Patrick. However that was the first thing I did. Cleared the memory and used new batteries. Still blinking lights.

I have the same unit and love the product. Trackstick support has always been helplful although they only respond via email. Can't say I blaim them with all the computer idiots out there. The blinking leds just means the memory is full. You need to erase it when it is full. Just go to "trackstick settings" and clear the memory.
