@zippizlaa Mainstream just generally means acceptable, the music that happens to be in the consciousness of a populace in a given era. Certainly it doesn't sound like it should be mainstream, but No Rain was a huge hit, therefore it was mainstream. It was definitely a poppy tune too, albeit psychedelic.

Calling the original version "Mainstream" is crazy, that song is far from mainstream. I agree with Stearnsifornication, there's one for when your happy and one for when your sad.
