1. I think the americans shuold be the last to judge how other nations eat.

2. They are not eating raw meat, they are tasting if is properly seasoned for sausage, t really needs to be properly seasoned because once the sausage is done you can't do anything about it...innit?

They just double checking the seasoning. It is not consumed raw, only smoked or fried.

I have to tell you though, that nothing compares to a steak made of freshly slaughtered pig. NOTHING.

So there is nothing shocking about this, we make other weird stuff they could have shown, e.g.: véres hurka, which is essentially a sausage made of cooked meat that is shown at the beginning mixed with pig blood, or a traditional meal served at pigkillings (as we call it): the fried pig blood :)

In the US people more and more people are getting sick from drinking raw milk as well.

First, they are not eating raw meat, they are tasting it.

Second, they are not Hungarians, they are gypsies, a few things kinda give it away, like the darker skin and the fact that they killed the pig durning the summer or spring.

Hungarians prepare pigs durning the winter because the cold kills the bacteria and it keeps the meat fresh for days, plus there are no bugs around.

But given that gypsies came from between India and Persia, they can't stand the cold.
