I was just at a competition this weekend where Lisa Wang and Mary Sanders were the judges :)

i saw her in a bathroom after the competition. She was talking to some lady and smiling. She has a very beautiful smile even though she doesn't show it on stage.

Lisa Wang probably learned from watching Mary Sanders. Mary was a good, consistent gymnast but I still think Lisa is more inventive in her moves, had more difficulty in her routines and is possibly one of the best in the world. There's no doubt that Mary put U.S. rhythmic gymnastics on the map but Lisa should have been allowed to keep it there.

its too bad that she didn't get to go to Beijing. She seems to place higher then some of the group B gymnasts we saw in Patras, I would like to see her videos from Patras b/c it seems like she should be one of those people with one of those spots.
