Lyrics:

Words are flying out like
endless rain into a paper cup
They slither while they pass
They slip away across the universe
Pools of sorrow waves of joy
are drifting thorough my open mind
Possessing and caressing me

Jai guru deva om
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world

Images of broken light which
dance before me like a million eyes
That call me on and on across the universe
Thoughts meander like a
restless wind inside a letter box
they tumble blindly as
they make their way across the universe

Jai guru deva om
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world

Sounds of laughter shades of life
are ringing through my open ears
exciting and inviting me
Limitless undying love which
shines around me like a million suns
It calls me on and on across the universe

Jai guru deva om
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Jai guru deva
Jai guru deva

  • oh my god. this was horrible

introducing a shitty crapfest of improvisational riffing and changing the notes to a beautiful beatles song FEATURING alicis fucking keyes.

i guess no one told them that when yousing together youre supposed to blend and listen to eachother AND SOUND GOOD

exceptions:billie joe armstrong, stevie wonder, slash (thank you for being yourself), and bono i guess? everyone else: SHAME

  • scott weiland sounded like david bowie

  • @mccoubrj Well, both actually, but I was referring to Scott Weiland. The media constantly picks on the guy for his drug problems and whatnot, but Stone Temple Pilots, IMO is one of the only bands I know where I can listen to every single song they've ever written. They put a lot of care into their albums, and their live show (at least when they were younger) was amazing. Let's face it, Velvet Revolver was terrible, and unfortunately that's what people know him for now.

  • @raindrop425 isn´t Steven Tyler an exception? you missed that one

  • Stevie forgot the words....heh

  • @dropdeadsixty Who? The red head or bowie?

  • @mccoubrj thats someone that no one has any respect for, even though they should...

  • Who was the fruit cake in the red hair trying to look like Bowie

  • So bad.......

  • Haha you can tell even billie joe armstrong wasn't liking it. We was fine, bono was ok (i kinda like when bono sings beatles songs, i went to an u2 concert a few months ago and he sang blackbird like a boss). Stevie wonder was less than ok at the beginning, but he found his way.

  • They wouldn't quit messing up the lyrics and saying the wrong thing!

  • omg Alicia Keys, what did you do? :motherofgod: and the red hair guy. it was awful. the exceptions @raindrop425 mentioned are accurate.
