Being one who does not trust large corporations, I am hoping these products are much better than the ones they are almost named after. The names are obviously taunting the big boys. It's almost like they are saying, "We dare you to sue us!". I vaguely sense that this is bait for a clever legal trap of some kind. It will be interesting to see how this story develops.

China makes half if not more than half of the products we buy in this country, so what's the difference. Brand names are the same shit with a bigger price tag, we are being robbed anyway, so knock off isn't so bad. Maybe it will force some of these corporate giants to lower their prices.
