  • AN/ALQ pod. Problem solved.

  • @wouteranthierens

Vietnam era pod isn't exactly a wonder weapon....the other side has jammers too

  • 200Km wow. That like the range of the Phoenix Missiles the F-14 used to carry for fleet defense.

  • @lst1195

similar class of missile. It's said however this latest version (RVV-BD) can engage more maneuverable targets. The older R-33 wasn't designed to take on agile fighters but large bombers or cruise missiles

  • 40KM? that's like over 30 miles right?

  • @lst1195

    I think approximately 25 miles

  • A video from the future? Those who know, will undestand... Just wait a few years, and you will see what I mean...

  • One thing i do not understand,at one point the rocket engine stops working or it seems so yet the missile still flies at high speed towards the targets.Am i missing something?Any help reagrding this will be appreciated.

  • @wouteranthierens Missile switch to home on jam mode, problem re-opened :)

  • der Name dieser Soundtracks?

  • era um caça americano..rsrs

  • One sided story... will the Aircrafts on the receiving side be Biplanes of 1st WW? There will be jammers, chaffs, flares and most importantly PILOTS behind stick who will not be sitting idle, unless this is a stealth tech!!

  • as referred to these songs?

  • as these songs are called?

  • @Husar101 the AN/ALQ are series of pods/ecm suites, not just a single model which you are refering to.

  • @lst1195

AIM-54C+ Phoenix missile max range was about 190 Km.

And there is no more such missiles in service since 2004.
