The very last stage and ending for Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade on the Nintendo Entertainment System.
This game is ridiculously hard and the controls are bad. But the very last stage happens to be the easiest in my opinion. The difficulty is getting there.

Heck, at least the Grail isn't too hard to find, and remains loyal to the Grail's actual design from the film. But Taito wanted to add a bigger challenge for us, with something that kids back then wouldn't even think of.
