I like the idea behind this technology. Unlike running, the glutes and quadriceps dominate in cycling, so increasing the range of motion for these muscles to act should help cyclists develop greater speed. Though I don't agree that it would be easier on the knees- that's an obvious marketing gimmick. Working the glutes and quads more means an even greater muscle imbalance. Hamstrings still need to be worked to prevent knee pain.
