@yakuzasama01 there is none I have both. i got a ps3 last christmas and this christmas i got a 360 and there is really no difference except for the exclusives 360 has but other than that i personally saw no difference

I have a 360 and DID play the first one, and I felt bad for the PS3 owners who got Saints Row 2, because they have so many references to the first one, and I know a lot of them wouldn't get it.
