Arpaio's Captain makes up law and grants racists freedom to assault people.

David Letourneau is the Maricopa County Caption of the SWAT team. He and about 10 other MCSO officers stood around for over 4 hours wasting tax dollars watching while myself and others were assaulted by Pro Arpaio anti immigrant enthusiasts. This happened on 4/23/09 during Arpaio's 2nd Racial profiling sweep this year.

Captain Letourneau has also been seen stalking activists like Randy Parraz of "Maricopa County Citizens for Safety and Accountability." He was in Sheriff Joe's Reality TV show "Smile, you're under arrest."

He is an excellent reason for canceling Arpaio's 287(g) authority and ending Arpaio's reign of terror over Maricopa County. No professional law officer should act this way, much less a captain of the SWAT Team.
