  • @GabGabGabberz yes, add weights it will be more challenging and beneficial.

  • I did. I weigh about 180 and I'm pretty active (I'm very proportional too) but I really wanted to concentrate on my inner thighs since they're the biggest part of my body. I tried this but I see no difference. I incorporated some cardio as well. What else can I do to see a difference while still incorporating this 8 minute workout 3 times a day?

  • @KillTimePictures If you want to tighten thighs - this video works. But if you want to make thighs slimmer, than you need a diet too.

  • I did it for 1 week 3 times a day and I see no results. :(

  • @KillTimePictures It might take longer than one week to start seeing results. These are more like toning exercises. If you're looking to lose some pounds you should incorporate some cardio as well to get your heart rate up (to burn more calories). I saw some quick results with ten minutes of jump rope a day along with similar toning exercises.

    And don't give up! Don't get discouraged if you don't see immediate results! Keep it up and it'll pay off.

  • @KillTimePictures It's actually virtually impossible to lose weight/fat in just one specific area; with a good diet and ample amount of exercise, you should begin to lose weight all around. (Which is pretty ideal.)

    'Cause really, it's about 70% dieting (Controlling what and when you eat.) and about 30% exercise.

    Also, you should keep working at it until you reach the 'plateau'-- When your body gets used to the exercise(s)-- and just switch to another kind of exercise.

  • Thanks Rumi, it is a great combination of cardio and strength exercisees. I sweated a lot while doing this!
