Great - just when the AbFab 'White Box' DVD refused to be a postscript by making you ask questions like "Will Patsy awaken from this coma?" and "Is Eddie still on the outs with Saffy?" here Jen offers up yet another brilliant and different cast series with its own mysteries such as "Is Vivienne's childhood abuse a complete fabrication?" and "What happened to Abigail?" and "Did they really give those kids back to their smackhead father?" and "Who'll slap Helena first?"

that was mesmerising. jennifer saunders is the most gorgeous evil genius ever created. and of course the character is lying! and even if she is not, that's not the point; the fact that she'd be willing to use such a personally traumatic event in any instance to manipulate the media is the key to her character. this is an examination of the media fame culture's incestuous relationship with itself. i've loved jennifer saunders for years and she just gets better. this is headed fo greatness

Jennifer Saunder's writing just keeps getting better. I love everything she has done but this one takes it to a new level. Watching an episode I go from being totally absorbed in the characters to screaming with laughter AND shock. Well Done Jen!!!

great series, much like the comeback this only gets 1 series. Is it me, or did everybody just forget about the lil' meek girl that got fired by the producer but then rehired by vivienne? she never appeared again after she got rehired!?!?!?!?!

I would guess she's making it up to shift the attention away from Jared - his story seems irrelevent next to her revelation. She is a clever devil but at the same time she really loves him. This show is stunning; phenomenal acting with comedy at the heart of it. Roll on series 2!
