Cedar Point will take guests to a new frontier in 2007. The historic amusement park/resort has announced plans for a new roller coaster for next summer named Maverick. Located in Frontiertown, Maverick will treat riders to multiple terrain-hugging elements that have never been experienced on a Cedar Point roller coaster.

    I just went on Wednesday, and I rode this. It was good, but it doesn't compare to Millenium Force. The twists on were so jerky that my neck was killing me when I got off. The first hill is pretty awesome though, and it goes really fast.

    i wish they never took out the heartline roll though but i know they had to take it out because it would have put stress on the trains.

    @Rct3man777 it wouldnt kill you it could just give you whiplash or pull other muscles and it would just be altogether painful ... it also put too much stress on the train and it wore the wheels out too quickly
