  • This is awesome. It is exactly what I rember from going as a kid. It was incredible seeing the chimps do all these tricks. By the way, most of these chimps lived better than a large number of people in St. Louis, They were not exploited or harmed they were demonstrating natural behaviors. One more thing to note Marlin Perkins was the director of the STL Zoo at that time and he was instrumental in moving animals from little cages to natural habitats.
