yea my x friend is issan i didnt no lol i was always wondering y they spoke diff and stuff she talk dif and there fam acted like stuck up like thai people but they fuckin claimed laos, laos people aren't stuck up like thai some are though

Issan people living in Thailand is like many lao people who are living in USA, canada and france. So Issan people are 100% lao, unfortunately many of them don't want to be khon lao any more. They want to be more thai than lao and let them be. Because Thai people treat them like a second class citizen any way.
