Another show from my attic archives. (Original material from 35mm slides photographed by myself some years ago). After many a long hour lovingly restoring/enhancing them, I uploaded them here for your entertainment, learning how to use Sony Vegas in the process! The originals were Ektachrome slides. Unfortunately the show was VERY well lit, and a lot of my slides were overexposed. However, using the curves tool of Photoshop I have managed to reinstate some detail in the highlights. The music here is from Marc Bolan & T.REX - Palace Lido, Douglas, Isle of Man 1975-07-13...Enjoy!

  • Thank you! I'm planning a Newcastle City Hall upload at some point. Glad you enjoyed em. I just played it through and I'm cringing at my botched attempt to restore the face on one of them! can't win 'em all!

  • Backing vocal is crap.

  • I caught the Truck Off tour at Manchester Free Trade Hall, it was fantastic with a 10 piece band including 2 drummers, 2 sax players and Gloria Jones and Pat Hall. Recordings of this tour are few and far between but this is the best quality I've heard by a long way, thanks for posting!

  • awesome

  • This brings back so many memories of seeing T.Rex on the Truck Off tour at the Glasgow Apollo. It was a complete sell out and the crowd were wild. I saw Marc in concert a number of times but this was one of the very best. You've done a superb job restoring the photos. Wonderful stuff. Thanks for the memories.

  • if only this tour had been filmed...

  • Excellent version, the phots do you have copies they are excellent.
